Why I write
I have always enjoyed writing. When I was diagnosed with first Transverse Myelitis, then MS, then Optic Neuritis all within a six month period, I found I needed to write. It was therapeutic. It gave me a way to work through it all and put a positive spin on life again. I created this blog to share my experiences with others who may be having similar struggles as a means of encouragement.
Writing is something my conditions haven't taken away from me, but given back to me with renewed meaning, It gives me hope, purpose, and joy, and it's my goal to share that with others.
